Over the 18 years I practiced with Pam, she consistently demonstrated a wealth of knowledge and expertise, seamlessly blending yoga with other disciplines such as fascia release and Somatics.

Her focus on awareness, proper form, and functional movement has greatly enhanced my well-being and longevity. In addition to her exceptional teaching skills, her calming voice and guidance during meditations created a serene atmosphere, promoting relaxation and mindfulness. Her talent, dedication, and warm demeanor make her an invaluable guide for anyone seeking optimal health.

I started taking classes from Pam 10+ years ago. I have taken Yoga, Pilates Tower, Somatic work, a Pelvic floor workshop and restorative yoga, my favorite.

She is very knowledgeable in the Fascia in our bodies and how it is all connected. She is always willing to make modifications to accommodate any issues I have and ensure I am working the part of my body I need to. I always feel great after our workouts. She is very positive and uplifting with no judgement ever.

She is a wonderful instructor.

In the 10+ years I studied with Pam I learned so much about how my body works and how simple changes could improve my movement efficiency.

While camping recently I had to use a Port-A-Potty. As I squatted Pam’s voice was reminding me - “never lose the ability to squat”. She taught us so many simple ways we could age with grace and increase our long term quality of life.

She moved away and we haven’t worked out for over a year but she will forever be the motivating voice in head.

I started my yoga practice with Pam in 2002. Pam is knowledgeable and has great insight and communication skills. I have learned so much from her over the years, about human anatomy, recovery from injury, and functional movement.

In 2005 I was struggling with infertility, and I took Pam’s yoga for fertility class. My daughter was born 10 months later, when I was almost 41, without any other intervention. I can’t give Pam 100 percent of the credit, but I firmly believe that without her, I may never have had my second  daughter.

After my children were born, Pam worked with me to strengthen my pelvic floor and give me the freedom from fear of accidents that so many women experience.
I have never worked with a more compassionate or knowledgeable instructor.

Since attending Pam’s classes, I’ve noticed significant improvements in my flexibility, strength, and balance. She shares her deep understanding of anatomy and alignment, and I’ve used this knowledge to correct my posture and everyday movement. Pam’s ability to establish rapport builds the trust needed to explore boundaries and build new skills that will keep me healthy and active.

I began restorative yoga with Pam in late 2019.

I had taken yoga classes at the local recreation center in the past. The teacher had asked an out of state restorative yoga instructor to give us an introduction to restorative yoga when she was in Wichita. I was hooked!  NO MORE DOWN DOG!
There were no restorative classes offered through the recreation center and I wanted and needed it! I was reluctant to go to a yoga studio for classes as I just didn’t think I’d “fit in”.

I looked around and found a studio offering restorative yoga!

At the time Pam was teaching at the yoga studio. I remember the first day I walked in…..I was like a fish out of water. No yoga attire (I wasn’t about to buy any unless I knew I was going to stick with it). Pam immediately embraced me and made me feel comfortable! Within a couple months, I had purchased yoga attire. I purchased a bolster so I could practice at home. About that time covid hit and we went to zoom classes. I purchased more restorative props so I don’t need to go to a yoga studio any more!

Pam is hands on and will ensure you are using appropriate props and body stance for each pose. Her voice is soothing.

Pam has taught me how the anatomy is connected to this, that and the other within our bodies. She introduced frequency (hertz) music and how it heals the body. I now listen to that type of music when I need to just zone out and chill. Pam teaches somatics, myofascial release techniques, and pranayama breathing as part of the class.. She has lead us through meditation as well.

I highly recommend Pam and her restorative yoga class!

I have benefited from Pam’s classes both in studio and online. Even online she does a wonderful job guiding you through every exercise, demonstrating modifications for people of various levels and abilities.

Her knowledge and instruction have made a difference in my everyday life.  I have increased flexibility, improved balance and reduced pain.

Before the pandemic, I started taking classes with Pam at a yoga studio, which focused on restorative yoga. When the pandemic began, I shifted to private lessons and group sessions in her home. Pam worked extensively to address my severe degenerative arthritis and gait problems, providing personalized exercises to improve my strength and mobility, which significantly enhance the quality of my life.

I have known Pam for over 12 years. She has guided and encouraged me helping me increase my strength, flexibility and balance. I appreciate her personal attention and I enjoy learning from her. Her enthusiasm for learning how our body works as a whole system is contagious. She provides kind, caring and professional guidance. We work together as a team.

Working with Pam has been a game-changer for my body. She has an extraordinary understanding of the human body—its mechanics and how everything is interconnected. I can mention something as specific as pain in my right big toe, and she will find a way to address it, explaining how it’s connected through fascia and other parts of my body.

Her expertise and intuition are unmatched, she always works with me to bring relief and balance.

I worked with Pam for 18 years, and I can’t recommend her enough as a functional movement teacher. Her deep knowledge of the body and how it functions is evident from the very first class. She breaks down complex concepts in a way that’s easy to grasp, making learning both engaging and enjoyable.

One of the things I love about her is how she incorporates breathing techniques into her classes. It really helps students connect with their bodies and find a sense of calm.  Plus, her soothing voice creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes everyone feel at ease.

Pam is also incredibly adaptable. She tailors her teaching to meet the unique needs of each student, ensuring that everyone feels supported, whether they’re beginners or more advanced. Her understanding and patience truly make a difference.

Above all, her passion for functional movement is contagious. She inspires her students to embrace their journey towards better health and well-being. I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn from her!
